I can’t resist sharing with you one of my very favorite websites at this time of year – http://www.noradsanta.org/ – Twenty four hours a day, 365 days a year, NORAD tracks airplanes, missiles, space launches and anything else that flies in or around the North American continent amongst other very important missions.
While the tradition of tracking Santa began purely by accident, NORAD continues to track Santa as the only organization that has the technology, the qualifications, and the people to do it. The NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center is fully operational beginning at 2:30a.m. MST on December 24th. You can call 1 877 HI-NORAD (1 877 446-6723) to talk directly to a NORAD staff member who will be able to tell you Santa’s exact location! On December 24th, you can send an email to [email protected] and a NORAD staff member will give you Santa’s last known location in a return email. In addition to tracking Santa on the NORAD Tracks Santa homepage, you can also track his flight in Google Earth. Also on Twitter and Facebook http://twitter.com/noradsanta and http://www.facebook.com/noradsanta . IMHO there’s no easier – or Geekier – way to keep up with Santa’s delivery schedule
