Customers that return to your business over and over again do so because the experience is comfortable for them. For example, if you own a restaurant, the regulars that come know that they will get the same great food and service each and every time, which means they will expect the same level of consistency from your online presence.

In order to effectively build your brand, you need to deliver a consistent message that creates positive emotions in all of your followers. Social media is one of the most effective ways to build your brand, but only if you use it correctly. Veering away from what you have already done to build your name can lead to your brand, and your business, crumbling away before your very eyes.
